سنن الترمذی - قرآن کی تفسیر کا بیان - حدیث نمبر 3605
It was narrated that Abu Jafar said: "The Messenger of Allah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said: Whoever is killed defending his wealth and is killed unjustly, he is a martyr.
