Hadith # 1498
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "A slave becomes nearest to his Rubb when he is in prostration. So increase supplications in prostrations."

Commentary
This Hadith points out the exellence of supplicating while prostrating in Salat, as one gets closer to Allah in this position.
